Below: In 2000, Mathmos reinvented themselves with the introduction of a diverse array of LED powered lamps. Starting with Bubble, a portable ball of luminosity in 2000, Mathmos followed Bubble with Tumbler and Aduki. Mathmos introduced a range of Softlights (Blimp, Minilamp, Ghost). Lunar and Solar Eclipse lights added the element of reflection, using colour-changing LED light reflecting into a semi-mirrored sphere for a totally new effect. Babushka and Poplight were added to the range and were followed by Blob & Flow, Jelly & Bump Lantern, to name just a few. Enjoy the gallery below ...
